A pleasant and intuitive set-up for an abundant and varied breakfast will be a reason for booking for subsequent meals during the day. The Blitz Blank staff is properly trained, in a welcoming and functional environment, will give favorable answers as well as extreme care in the selection and preparation of raw materials.
To complete, the service can also be carried out with room delivery.
LUNCH & DINNER
The Blitz Blank staff is able to set up meals of all kinds both for events and ceremonies with different courses, and for fleeting breaks from work with fixed menus. In consideration of the spaces and needs, we can set up and manage the service both at the tables and through self service.
Dinner is usually offered with an à la carte menu, prepared by expert Blitz Blank chefs and served with elegance and discretion. For certain occasions, should the groups request it, it will also be possible to manage the Dinner with pre-established proposals while maintaining the quality of the service unchanged.

Per il momento dell’apericena o del Brunch Blitz Blank consiglia gustosi buffet caratterizzati da un ampio ventaglio di finger food, antipasti e appetizer, accompagnati da soft drink alcolici e analcolici, spumanti e vini leggeri, per soddisfare al meglio gli ospiti nel momento che segna la fine di una giornata di lavoro, che spezza la routine, o che dà l’inizio a una serata importante.
